Welcome to Justin's Genealogy |
Hello, my name is Justin Lenzo.
I am from around Boston, a graduate of Georgetown University, and currently living in
Washington, DC.
This site covers much of my genealogical
research and I have also provided general genealogical
links and information helpful to the amateur genealogist.
Justin's Research and Family Lines:
Genealogical Links:
Italian Genealogy
General Genealogy
- GenWeb --
probably the best site to get connected to genealogical
research on-line
- Rootsweb --
by far the best series of on-line genealogical databases
- Family
History Center On-Line -- this site will give you
information on how to use the Family History Center of
the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints
- Ancestors
Resource Directory -- another very good site
- Genealogy
Forms -- you can get some pedigree charts at this
site, but you need Acrobat Reader, which you can also
download at the site
- Chicot
County, Arkansas Genealogy Page -- a great site,
especially for a local organization
- Immigrant
Ships -- this site has brief descriptions of a large
number of passenger ships so definitely check it out if
you know what ship your ancestors came in on
Archives Research
- USGenWeb
Archives -- will help you navigate the seemingly
innumerable databases
- Genealogy
at the National Archives -- you will need to look at
this page at some point in your research so why not get
acquainted with their system now
- Microfilmed
Censuses -- these will help you figure out the roll
of microfilm on which the name you are looking for in the
census index is located, but they do not have any of the
actual microfilms on-line (that's asking the impossible)
